  • Take a hot bath with all the lights off
  • If you don’t like the dark, use some nice smelling candles

  • I know you don’t feel like doing anything right now but stay hydrated
  • Also eat some good nutritional food trust me it’ll help
  • If you bind, please resist the urge to bind too tight your body will thank you
  • Wear clothes that you feel good in
  • Don’t be around toxic people
  • If that means hiding away in your room, so be it
  • Listen to all your favourite music
  • If you like it loud, play it loud
  • If you like it soft, play it soft
  • If it’s cold out, get yourself some coca/tea/coffee
  • And a nice fuzzy blanket and/or a pet
  • Cuddle up with your favourite funny movie or TV show
  • Trust me laughter helps you feel a lot better
  • Dress yourself up
  • If you want to do your makeup, do it
  • If you want to style your hair, do it
  • Even if you don’t go out, it’ll help
  • I know you don’t even feel like moving, but take a short walk
  • The exercise will help you not to feel lethargic
  • Just overall pamper yourself and do what you love
  • Try to smile, even just a little bit
  • If you’re in a social mood, talk to a friend
  • If you’re not, that’s ok!! just don’t sit in silence for too long
  • You always have a friend in me
